PURCHASE INFORMATION
As a customer with us, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 365 days of receiving the goods. The 365-day return right does not include broken packaging or products in the Outlet category.
Returns must be made in all original packaging as received in unused condition.

NOTE! We only accept returns that have gone through our returns form. If you book your own return, the package will be returned to you as the sender. Once we have received your application, we will contact you with a digital return form within 3 working days.
After we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the price of the item. This will always be done within 14 days of receiving the returned item. In connection with this, a deduction of SEK 199 will be made for return handling and shipping.
If the product has been used or altered more than is necessary to determine its characteristics and function, we reserve the right to make a price deduction corresponding to the decrease in value that has occurred in connection with handling. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The product must therefore be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.
NOTE: No documents or shipping/purchase documents may be placed inside the packaging.
The return shipping cost in the event of a right of withdrawal is borne by the customer.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
Placing an order at inovi.se means that you simultaneously accept our terms of sale. All prices at inovi.se include VAT. To shop with us you must be at least 18 years old.
An order confirmation will be sent directly after purchase to the email address provided. It is important that you provide a correct email address to receive information about any partial deliveries, delays, etc. If an ordered item is delayed, you can contact us for a partial delivery, so you can have any other ordered items sent directly or the item exchanged for another.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Invoice payment
Payment against Klarna invoice with 30 days payment period. No invoice fee is charged. The invoice is sent via email when the order is shipped from our warehouse. In order to pay against invoice, the order needs to be sent to your registered address, and you need to provide correct and complete personal information.
In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 29 will be charged as well as late payment interest. In the event of non-payment, the matter will be forwarded to Klarna's collection agency Segoria and statutory collection fees will be charged.

Partial payment
You can pay your invoice in installments via Klarna account. Pay in installments from 1/24 of the order amount, but at least 50 SEK per month. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time. Your account with Klarna will then be automatically closed. Full terms and conditions can be found at Klarna.
Card payment
Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. No card fees. No card details are stored with us, they are saved with our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified.
Klarna Direct
With Klarna Direkt you can easily pay directly at the checkout with your mobile bank ID. The money will be withdrawn 1-2 days after we have shipped your goods. Activate the service by logging in to Klarna and registering your account.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a customer, you have the right to cancel and return correct deliveries within 14 days of you or your courier receiving the goods according to the Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

The return shipping cost in the event of a Right of Withdrawal is borne by the customer. In cases where Inovi sends shipping documents to the customer, these are only sent digitally by email, to be printed by the customer. These are valid for 30 days. If the shipping document expires, Inovi will no longer arrange for the return shipping and the customer will book and pay for it with a freight forwarder of their choice instead.
Smaller shipments are easiest sent as letters or packages to our warehouse, use a service intended for delivery to companies so the package does not go to an agent.
We do not handle exchanges and we ask you to return the item to us and place a new order.

COMPLAINTS
If we have delivered a product that is defective, please contact us within five days of receiving the product to help you resolve the problem. This also applies to packaging if the product in question is a safety product or otherwise a sensitive product. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us.
Send an email to info@elitegroup.se with your order number, a detailed description of the error and, if necessary, pictures and/or video clips showing the error.
The right of complaint applies to manufacturing defects. That is, a defect that occurred during manufacturing and that distinguishes the product from a similar product manufactured without defects. This means that sun fading, discoloration, rust and punctures can only be complained about within five days of the product being received.
The right of complaint does not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or lack of maintenance and service.
In the event of a complaint approved by Inovi, we will fix the defect or replace the product with a new one.
The right of complaint does not apply if the customer has repaired the defect themselves or had it repaired without Inovi's approval. The right of complaint does not apply if the customer caused the defect.
If any item is missing from a delivery, Inovi must be notified within five days of receiving the shipment.
If you discover damage to your package when you pick it up, it should be reported directly to the delivery point. Transport damage is not covered by the product's warranty, but will be compensated by the shipping company.
Inovi does not provide or cover the cost of packaging, but we always cover any shipping costs in the event of an approved complaint.
When we or our suppliers send a replacement product or part, we try to choose the most appropriate shipping method, but it is not certain that it will be the same as when the order was placed. Please note that the right of complaint applies to the original purchaser, and no longer applies in the event of any resale.
Inovi may need to check the product if the defect cannot be demonstrated according to instructions from Customer Service. You will receive the terms and conditions for troubleshooting from us by email. If Inovi can demonstrate a production defect, the complaint will be approved, and the defect will be rectified at no cost to the Customer. If Inovi cannot demonstrate a production defect, the product will be returned, usually for a fee, which is communicated in the terms and conditions that Customer Service sends by email.
In cases where Inovi sends spare parts or replacement goods to the customer, they will go to the order address unless the consumer has notified otherwise.
In cases where Inovi sends shipping documents to the customer, these are only sent digitally by email, to be printed by the customer. These are valid for 30 days. If the shipping document expires, Inovi will no longer arrange the return shipping and the customer will book and pay for it with a freight forwarder of their choice instead.
UNFULFILLED ORDERS
Unclaimed packages - we reserve the right to charge the costs of handling unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 199: - if a package is not collected. The shipment remains with the agent for 7-14 days before it is returned to us.
DISPUTE
In the event of any dispute, we will follow The Swedish National Board of Complaints' recommendations , you can find contact information for ARN on their website. www.arn.se . The postal address is ARN Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm (if you send registered mail, it should be addressed to ARN and not to a specific caseworker). Order confirmation is not a receipt
Inovi reserves the right not to enter into agreements and transactions with customers where we have identified abnormal purchasing behavior regarding abuse of returns, repeated alleged missing goods, suspected fraud, multiple uncollected orders, harassment of company employees or suspicion that the customer will act as a reseller of ordered goods.
In these rare cases, the customer will be contacted by Inovis customer service.
GUARANTEE
Inovi always provides a 6-month warranty that applies to manufacturing defects. That is, a defect that occurred during manufacturing that distinguishes the product from a similar product manufactured without defects.
If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, we will first repair it and secondly replace it with a new item.
- The warranty applies to Inovis customers and expires when the product changes hands.
- Inovi does not provide, or bear the cost of, packaging.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
Promotional prices and offers only apply to purchases made during the period of the promotion or offer. If you have not received a confirmation of your order or are having problems completing your purchase, please contact us by email during the promotion period. Promotional prices cannot be combined with discount codes or other offers.
REDEMPTION GUARANTEE
Inovi has a postpartum guarantee on all products. The guarantee is valid up to 4 weeks after the date of delivery. The guarantee means that you have the right to return the products if the pregnancy or delivery does not go well. When applying the postpartum guarantee, the products must be unused, in the original box and you must be able to show a doctor's certificate.
PERSONAL DATA
In connection with your order and/or account registration, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill and provide the service you can expect from us. All personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Pharmacy Data Act and the Data Protection Regulation.
The information you provide about yourself is used by Inovi and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal information or where the customer has payment complaints.
COPYRIGHT
All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to Inovi and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.
WRONG
We reserve the right to make any inaccuracies in the information on the site/webshop and reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors. We also reserve the right to make certain product images, product descriptions and technical specifications not final. The color reproduction on different screens and devices may vary, and we are not responsible if the product does not correspond to the impression via the internet.
